Was verschwindet, wird nicht einfach gelöscht, sondern bleibt als Cache, Screenshot, 404 Encoding-Fehler oder semantische Störung erhalten. Das Werk interessiert sich weniger für den Verlust selbst als für die Formen seines Fortlebens: Nichts ist einfach weg, alles kehrt verschoben, beschädigt und in neuen Zirkulationen wieder.

Dabei beschreibt der Text diese Dynamik nicht nur, sondern vollzieht sie performativ. In Wiederholungen, Refrains, Interface-Sprache und Reload-Logiken inszeniert er den inneren Stoffwechsel des Feeds, eine rekursive Bewegung, während alles um ihn herum schon in UTF-8-Zerfall übergeht.

Das Netz/Werk erscheint so nicht als Raum intakter Verbindung, sondern als Atmosphäre rekursiver beschädigter Erinnerung. Linkrot formuliert kein neues Problem, sondern eine neue Sprache für ein sehr gegenwärtiges Problem — und produziert damit zugleich seine eigene Nachschrift, sein eigenes Echo.

HTTPism ist kein reiner Internet-Jargon, sondern eine ernstzunehmende, kohärente Philosophie, die gleichzeitig ironisch, praktisch und radikal ist. Sie nimmt die technischen Prinzipien von HTTP 1.1/2/3 und REST und übersetzt sie in Ontologie, Ethik, Erkenntnistheorie und Politik.

1. Metaphysik

Das Universum ist ein verteiltes, dezentrales Hypertext-System.
Gott ist der erste Server („In the beginning was the Request“).

4. Ästhetik

Schönheit = saubere API.
Kunst = eleganter Endpoint.
Hässlichkeit = Spaghetti-Code-Leben (verwobene, undokumentierte Abhängigkeiten).

5. Politische Philosophie

Der Staat sollte ein Reverse Proxy sein (schützt, balanciert, leitet weiter).

Der Post versteht sich als online experiment: eine Collage aus Google-Suchen, Hashtags, Snippets, Link-Dumps, Broken Links, 404-Spuren, Memes und Plattformfragmenten. Was zunächst roh oder zufällig wirkt, entfaltet sich als digitale Sedimentschicht — ein Protokoll jener Räume, in denen Sprache, Bild, Ideologie und Algorithmus ineinander übergehen.
Die Arbeit interessiert sich weniger für eine lineare Argumentation als für die Oberfläche des Netzes selbst: seine Brüche, Wiederholungen, Verkürzungen und semantischen Verschiebungen. Hypertext erscheint hier nicht nur als technische Struktur, sondern als kultureller Zustand: eine Vervielfachung von Assoziationen, Verzweigungen und instabilen Bedeutungen.
In dieser Collage wird Recherche zur Ästhetik. Der Text funktioniert wie ein Screenshot im Sprachformat: fragmentarisch, überladen, instabil — und gerade dadurch präzise. Er zeigt das Internet nicht als neutrales Archiv, sondern als umkämpften Wahrnehmungsraum, in dem Bedeutungen entstehen, kippen und weiterverbreitet werden.

We have to understand that the economical output of the art establishment is based on the philosophy of post-modernism. The so-called contemporary art is not even real art, more like a business tactic, directed towards market enhancement, shaped by relativism and art-speak. Prestige suggestion and power projection are used from the upper echelons of the art world to implement hegemony in the market. This relies upon the “prestige” and authority to suggest a high value of the works, interlinked with the ability to apply any needed elements of power (political, economic, informational) to rapidly and effectively deploy and sustain forces in and from multiple dispersed locations to respond to crises, to contribute to deterrence, and to enhance regional stability in the art industry. A strategic culture of relativism sustains this structure.

There is no real overarching narrative. The art bubble is under pressure. Post-modernism will become post-contemporary.

So in this online experiment we take a new approach: experimental Google searches, focus on Twitter doxxing/shadow-banning, Facebook purge/banning, hashtags, YouTube demonetization/flagging, “abstract” linking, abstract writing, trolling, shilling, web-based experimental forms = hypertext links / art links / blockchain links / broken links / 404 links / link dumps / hyperlinks / web-based art / post-links and post-art.

The ultimate hypertext information system, multiplication of associations, concept of branching, nonlinear writing or nonsequential writing /— quoting without copying as transclusion, as hypertext enfilade. Hyperism is the state of mind of today’s culture. The feed is no longer a medium, but an environment. What are the effects on aesthetics, culture and society? Today, 4K, algorithmic video, 3D animation, animated GIF, web-based artwork, and VR are the weapons of choice for most artists. But is that enough? Is it accelerative? Today’s algorithms and viral culture remain a powerful mechanism of decentralized learning and cyber-exploration.
What’s next? Post-contemporary values such as creativity, holism, complexity, quality, passion, interconnection, responsibility — perhaps even a new jurisprudence of citizenship? Or the fear of content? Netzwerk-Müdigkeit? Regularity Art chauvinists seem to dictate what we should or shouldn’t do in the world of art… what’s the progression when the link becomes object, fragment becomes frame, and the archive starts to speak back of fame?

Mit HTTPISM / LEANLINKS verschiebt sich der Blick von der politischen Semantik des Netzes zur Materialität seiner Zeichen. Tweets, Unicode-Daten, Emojis, HTML-Entities und kopierte Interface-Reste bilden eine Textfläche, zugleich lesbar und unlesbar.
Die Arbeit operiert an der Grenze zwischen Hypertext und Glitch. Sie macht sichtbar, dass digitale Kultur nicht nur aus Inhalten besteht, sondern aus Codes, Formaten, Fehlstellen, Wiederholungen und technischen Übersetzungen. Der Link wird zum Objekt, das Emoji zum Signal, der Zeichenfehler zum ästhetischen Ereignis.
Was entsteht, ist eine Art post-internet calligraphy: ein beschädigter, überladener, symbolischer Datenstrom, in dem Bedeutung nicht verschwindet, sondern flackert.
