Leckomio ist ein deutscher Künstler der seine Stencils beinahe fotorealistisch gestaltet. Dafür arbeitet er mit manchmal bis zu 320 Schichten. Für ihn hat der Stencil ein sehr technischen Aspekt und eignet sich daher auch vor allem zu Darstellung von technischen Dingen. Er wählt als Motive sogenannte Un- orte der Stadt, voller Graffiti, wo sich einige nicht gerne aufhalten oder am liebsten gar nicht be- treten würden. Für sie sind diese Plätze Angsteinflössend und sie wollen wegschauen. Doch andere empfinden genau das Gegenteil: für sie erzählen diese Foren Geschichten und sie fühlen sich frei und inspiriert, wie in einer Freiluftgallerie oder einem Freiluftmuseum.

Leckomio is a German artist whose stencils are almost photorealistic. He works with sometimes up to 320 layers. For him, the stencil has a very technical aspect and is therefore also suitable for the presentation of technical things. He chooses as motifs the so-called unofficial places of the city, full of graffiti, where some would not like to stay, or rather would not. For them, these places are angry and they want to look away. But others feel just the opposite: for them, these forums tell stories and they feel free and inspired, as in a freestanding gallery or an open-air museum.
