Epsylon Point
Epsylon Point ist eine Lebende Legende. Er macht klassische „oldschool“ Stencils. Er arbeitet mit einem Layer, macht aber kleine Verschiebungen, mit verschiedenen Farben und abstrahiert seine Motive z.T stark. Er ist der einzige der seine Stencils auch als “Pinsel” einsetzt und das Sprayen mit der freien Hand, ist ein wichtiges Element seiner Arbeit. Er hat hunderte von verschiedenen Stencils, die er zu grösseren Werken kombiniert und von denen einige bis zu 30 Jahre alt sind. Seine Schöpfungen sind punkig, mit knalligen Farben, voller Sex, expressiv, oft ironisch und verweisen nicht zuletzt auf politische Themen.
Epsylon Point is a living legend. He makes classic “oldschool” stencils. He works with one layer, but makes small shifts, with different colors and so abstracts his motifs, sometimes very strongy. He is the only one of the stencil-artists in the Stencil Bastards show who also used the stencils as a “brush”. Freehand spraying, is also an quite important element of his work, which sets the contrast to the sharp edges of his stencils. He has hundreds of different stencils, which he combines to great works, some of em which are up to 30 years old. His creations are punk, with bright colors, full of sex, expressive, often ironic, and last but not least point to important political issues.
